What Coin Currents Daily publishes
Coin Currents Daily is an independent crypto publication built around three desks. The news desk reports on markets, protocols and policy. The ratings desk scores crypto services against published criteria across 18 categories, with 152 reviews written from primary sources. The Learn desk explains the mechanics underneath both, and the market pages carry live prices so a claim can be checked against the tape in one click.
Why the ratings work differently here
Most crypto rankings are lists whose order nobody can reproduce. Ours is arithmetic you can check: every service in a category is scored on the same published criteria at equal weight, and the overall score is the plain average of those numbers, printed beside them. Where two services finish level they are listed alphabetically — a tie is a tie.
The criteria differ by category on purpose, because a hardware wallet and a stablecoin cannot be judged on the same things, and each set is chosen for what can actually be evidenced. Every figure in a review traces to the provider's own page, cited with the date we read it. Where a provider publishes nothing, the review records the silence rather than filling it with an assumption.
How the site is funded
It is not. Coin Currents Daily carries no advertising, no sponsored posts, no paid reviews and no affiliate or referral links. When we link to an exchange or a wallet it is a plain editorial link and we earn nothing whether or not you follow it. Nobody can buy a score, a rank or a mention, because there is nothing to buy — the reasoning is set out in full on our funding page.
What we do not do
We do not publish price predictions, "top coin" picks, or trading signals, and nothing here is financial advice. We do not score what we cannot evidence to the same standard across a category, and where a ranking leaves something important unscored, the page says so and explains why. Read our ratings methodology and editorial policy for the detail.
