Obelisk Titan Safe Review
Best for high-value treasuries
of 10
The Titan Safe is aimed at funds, DAOs and family offices that need multisig, Shamir backup and auditable access controls in one device. It is expensive and demanding to configure, but nothing here matches its treasury-grade feature set.

Overview
Obelisk built the Titan Safe for organisations, not individuals. It supports native multisig quorums, Shamir Secret Sharing backups, and role-based signing so a treasury can require multiple approvers. Supply-chain attestation lets you verify the device was not tampered with before delivery.
Fees & costs
At $249 it is the priciest wallet in this ranking, and larger multisig deployments mean buying several units. There is no software subscription, but the operational overhead of managing keys and signers is a real cost in staff time.
Security
An EAL6+ dual-chip secure element anchors the device, and the air-gapped QR workflow keeps signing offline. Shamir backup removes the single-point-of-failure of one seed phrase, while duress PINs and configurable spend policies limit insider risk. Casing is tamper-evident and independently verifiable.
Who it's for
The Titan Safe fits DAOs, funds and companies holding meaningful balances that must be governed by more than one person. Solo holders will find it overkill; treasuries will find it indispensable.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Obelisk Titan Safe support multisig out of the box?
Yes. Native multisig with configurable quorums and role-based approvers is a core feature aimed at treasuries and DAOs.
What is Shamir backup?
Shamir Secret Sharing splits your seed into multiple shares, requiring a threshold of them to recover, which removes the single point of failure of one written phrase.
